It has come to our attention that a number of dealerships are contacting people and misleading them about the facts of new car warranty in connection to servicing. Please contact us for more information on maintaining your warranty (and saving money!) or carefully read your own service book.There has also been reports of some dealerships saying the new car must return to the dealership for connection to "special diagnostic equipment" to maintain the warranty....and then charging the customer to do it! A good rule of thumb is, if it must return for software upgrade, then it should be done at no charge. Please contact us if you need assistance.
